On Red Nose Day the whole school came in red/silly clothing or non-uniform to raise money for Comic Relief, and we also had a Bake-off competition. Lots of the children baked a range of treats at home including: cookies, cupcakes, brownies and crispy cakes, many of which had a Red Nose Day theme. These were then sold at break time to raise money for Comic Relief and they were absolutely delicious! Mrs Hill had the incredibly difficult task of judging so many amazing bakes and our winning bakers for each class were: Reception/Year 1 – Charlie, Year 1/2 – Edison, Year 3 – Millie, Year 4 – Luke, Year 5 – Ethan, Year 6 – Rosabella. Well done to you all and thank you to all of our brilliant bakers who helped us raise £278.30 for such an important cause.
