We are experiencing some problems at the moment with ParentMail messages. It appears that these are being received by parents who use the App but not by some parents who receive their messages by email. The advice we have received from ParentMail is that parents who are not receiving emails should complete the whitelisting of info@parentmail.co.uk and they have issued the following guidance for how to do this -
